ALTools Halloween Trick or Treat

The door swung ajar seemingly of its own volition. The Eggheads jumped suddenly as Old Man Skelly came into view.

"T-t-t-trick-or-t-t-t-treat?"

The old man stepped outside with a large bowl brimming with brightly colored candy treats!

"Happy Halloween~!" The old man said, dropping candy treats into the Eggheads' Halloween trick-or-treating pumpkin bags. "It's nice to have visitors this Halloween!"

Our surprised Egghead friends slowly smiled as Old Man Skelly went on chatting about how most kids stayed away from his haunted house, but that the ghosts really were quite nice, once you got to know them.

They thanked the old man and merrily skipped back down the path to Pumpkin Lane. It was still dark outside, but somehow it didn't seem quite as dark as before.
