The girl in the image is too fuzzy to tell who it is however now I believe my first guess was not right because I just spotted a big clue!
It is once again Naomi Watts from the 2005 movie King Kong!
I really did not know this one but that big clue with the filename gave it away :)

I don't recognize the image and clearly from the 1920s and there were many period movies set in the 20s with the Great Gatsby being the last one I seen. There was one with Owen Wilson called Midnight in Paris but I can't think who was in it with him. I don't know who it is however the movie could be Midnight in Paris...
