Wouldn't we want to be treated and seen this way by our loved one too?

When we are in love with someone, and our love is young and unseasoned, one of our two eyes objectively sees reality - that of the many imperfections of the loved one; and yet the other eye, the eye of great love, normally sees these imperfections as charming traits that are tolerable and amusing.

When we are truly in love with someone though, our great love simply becomes even greater with the passing of time. Our heart and our eyes bid us to see those same imperfections not only as hidden strengths but also the main causes of this loved one's greatness; and we are beside ourselves with wonder and amazement. Only then can lovers or spouses say they are truly in love with each other.

Yes, two loving eyes...through the passing of years the eye of great love shall persuade the objective, realistic eye gently, coaxing it to view our imperfect and very human loved one or life partner with eyes of understanding and admiration and greater if not uncontrollable passion and desire. The person then, no matter what he or she does, can do no wrong. Love after this remarkable realization can be one big adventure of exploring each other more, our curiosity piqued the more we know of our loved one, never failing to find something new in each other each day.

Only true love can accomplish that.â™¥

Dear Amy I agree with everything that you mention here

I wanted to say my own opinion but when I read it more carefuly it's the same as yours.What is life without little imperfections..who would like to love somebody so perfect...and to me what is worth the most is simply accepting and love each other as we're...if love is true,it should be that way.

I'd just like to say that I uploaded this before, some downloaded it, then I deleted it because the quotation was too long (too many words in it). Now I have uploaded it again, this time with EVEN MORE WORDS IN IT! LoL
