We don't know if Queen ever said something like that but she would have known that Biden doesn't believe or support democracy
The future of British Monarchs is possible only under a system which allows different political opinions not under radicalism where government removes all opposition and eventually decays into a dictatorship aka China, N Korea and Russia:D:D and that's what you're praying for? Very strange!:D
