also, its easier to remove one rouge leader then to accommodate millions of angry/oppressed people who will reduce help you can give to your own countrymen, but of course, no one is thinking of that:D Ask any migrant where they would truly love to live if things were as they were supposed to be, and they always answer, in my old country:D:D

when legal or illegal emigrants reach large numbers in their new country of settlement, they change that country for good and one day these separate groups of people will demand autonomy for themselves because they don't intend to integrate with you (ie, Kosovo):D
