“The bravest sight in the world is to see a great man struggling against adversity.”– Seneca

Yes, the great "man" not the great "woman" for a woman is good for jobs of her feminine strengths; children, taking care of the sick, etc, seldom to be a leader of the most important nation in the world (unless you are Margaret Thatcher or a late Queen of Great Britain)

At best, woman can act (when in government) in a supporting role to a male leader but she will almost certainly fail in the role of the leadership which requires wit, intellect of a genius, and separation of her feminine instincts (don't serve well in diplomatic relationships)

just saying, you may disagree:)

“A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.” — Douglas MacArthur

“The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.” — William Arthur Ward
