The late, famed Israeli, songstress, Ofra Haza in traditional Yemenite wedding dress on the cover of her Yemenite Songs album. She became widely known for ability to blend ancient melodies and Judeo/Arabic poetry with modern dance beats. The album, which made Haza Israel's first international superstar, contains her hit song Im Nin Alu, made famous in 1988 in underground, European dance clubs. Several artists over the years, including Madonna (on the song Isaac from her Confessions Tour) have covered the song.
